We have made a commitment to living our best lives here in Niseko and we are so lucky to be able to teach what we love while getting to enjoy the mountains, beaches and lakes of Hokkaido. We’re a team of dreamers, travellers, adventurers and nature lovers who put our health and wellness as our number one priority. We bring this attitude and inspiration into every class we teach and every treatment we offer. Our international instructors have been bringing you world class yoga, fitness and massage in the heart of Niseko for over 10 years and we have passes and pricing options to suit both long-stay Niseko locals and short-stay Niseko visitors. We have some exciting announcements for all of you lovely Powder Yogi's... we have finally found a new permanent home for all of our Yoga & Fitness class down at the newly opening Yard Niseko in Kutchan... we will be based here full time but will also be running some of our classes in Hirafu too, location to be announced in the next few weeks. In addition to this we have a new offering for this season, bringing you massage therapy treatments, perfect to compliment your yoga and fitness practice.  We offer Swedish relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy massage and Thai yoga massage. Treatments will be delivered by Charlie. 

Massage packs and passes are available and include:

60 minute massage
90 minute massage
120 minute massage
5 off peak hour massage pass
5 peak hour massage pass.

A short and simple flow perfect for beginners to ease you into a daily routine, or for anyone wanting to get back into a regular practice. 

Showing up daily to practice yoga brings so many benefits to your mind and body.

Yoga helps to... 

Improve flexibility and strength. Yoga stretches your muscles. Standing poses work the muscles in the lower body, and inversions, like downward dog and arm balances, strengthen the upper body.

Improve your posture. Many poses in yoga can strengthen the core muscles in your stomach and back. A strong core leads to better posture, which can help prevent back and neck problems.

Ease stress and anxiety levels. Yoga involves breathing exercises that force you to pay attention to your breath. Deep breathing can help you relax almost instantly, which can help relieve stress and anxiety.

Improve sleep. Yoga has been shown to be helpful for sleep in studies of older adults, people with arthritis, pregnant women, and other groups.

It's that time again! Yoga on the Deck this Saturday 24th at 9:00am. 

This week we will be bring you a magical full moon themed class, making the most of this rise in energy to set intentions and take action! This class will challenge you to break down barriers both physically and mentally in your yoga practice and off the mat too. 

As always these classes are suitable for all levels and abilities so don't be shy if you are new to yoga. 

Our community classes are donation based, so pay what you can or pay it forward by sharing your skills. 

If you can't make it out to the deck, then why not join Yamile on Friday 23rd at 6:30pm for a Vinyasa Flow class at The Studio Kutchan.

Hey Yogi's, 

We are working on something VERY exciting and we can't wait to share it with you, in the meantime we have extended our donation based community classes for those of you who can't make it out to the deck, or who work on weekends. 

From tonight, Friday 16th, and every Friday through summer, Yamile will be teaching a 60 minute donation based Vinyasa Flow class at The Studio Kutchan. 

As you know we have limited space so please do book in to avoid disappointment, you can choose the in-class donation pack at checkout. Pay what you can, or pay it forward by helping others in the community and sharing your skills!

Seems a million moons ago that we were here in India @natashacornishyoga, little did we know then the journey life would take us on together ❤️ I can’t imagine that I ever lived in a world where you weren’t there at my side!

Feeling very grateful for the amazing things that yoga has bought into my life over the past years. The people, the places, the experiences. Taking time out to reflect on the things you’re grateful for in life is a lovey little habit that helps to start building neural pathways for positive thinking.
