Our international instructors bring you world class yoga instruction in the heart of Niseko. We have studio space in both Hirafu and Kutchan Town. We have drop in, weekly, monthly and seasonal passes on offer so you can get the most out of your time in Niseko. Passes are valid for any regular scheduled classes, workshops and events are priced separately..

Don't miss this one! Yoga taught in Japanese, suitable for all levels and abilities. For those who understand Japaneese and those who want to learn more. Join us in Hirafu every Friday night @7:30 for a Vinyasa class with the wonderful Ai Terakado.

このクラスは、初級者から上級者向けです。自分のレベルに合わせてポーズを深めていきましょう。レッスンでは基本的なポーズを中心に行なっていきます。自分の呼吸に合わせて、一つのポーズから次のポーズへゆっくりと体を動かしていきます。

ポーズから次のポーズへ移りながら、体の動きを観察していきましょう。関節や筋肉の小さな動きに気づいていくことで、「今ここ」に戻ることができます。体の動きを観察することで、心の動きに気づくこともできます。呼吸を使って心と体を繋げる練習をしましょう。心身共にリラックスした強い体づくりを目指します。

This class is for all levels. You can deepen your poses depending on your body's ability for the day. In this class, we move from one pose to another with breath as we move. Bring your awareness to every small movement in your joints and muscles. 

The more you can be aware, more you can feel “here and now”. Observation and breath can connect our body and mind.

Our 60 minute Core class is all about building your baseline strength. Our core is the powerhouse of our body and having good core strength is vital for not just for our yoga practice but for all the other sports that we love, be it on the mountain or off. You will find some traditional yoga moves but the main focus of the class is to raise your heart rate and work your muscles in a full body strength and conditioning session.

Because of its core focus, this class is popular not only for building fitness, but also in rehabilitation. It can be used to progress individuals through movements that represent their day-to-day activities. The focus on strengthening the core and improving postural awareness are especially well indicated for the alleviation and prevention of back, neck and joint pain.
