Our massage sessions can be booked for 60, 90 and 120 minutes. We use traditional and contemporary techniques to relax, rejuvenate and recharge your body and mind. Choose from a range of treatments including; deep tissue, aromatherapy, Swedish massage, Thai yoga therapy massage and Ayurvedic therapy sessions.

aromatherapy massage

Aromatherapy massage is used for a variety of different reasons, including relaxation, pain management, and improved mood. We use high quality essential oils to enhance the benefits of a massage treatment. Your therapist will diffuse an essential oil in the room during your session and add a few drops of oil to massage lotion and apply it directly to your skin. 

deep tissue massage

Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up damaged tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in your muscles. It may also promote faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.

swedish massage

Swedish massage is one of the most commonly offered massage techniques. It is sometimes called a ‘classic massage’. The technique aims to promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension. Swedish massage is gentler than deep tissue massage and better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief. Swedish massage may loosen up tight muscles caused by daily activities such as sitting at the computer or exercising. It can be very helpful for people who hold a lot of tension.

yoga therapy massage

This treatment combines traditional Thai massage techniques, yoga therapy, breathwork and restorative yin yoga for a full body and mind relaxation experience. If you are looking for the ultimate relaxation session that treats your body mind and soul then this is the choice for you. If you have an injury, disease or ailment that you wish to treat holistically, we can work on personalised treatment together. Sessions are 90 minutes and cost 15,000 yen.

ayurveda yoga therapy

In these sessions we do a deep dive into your personal Dosha (body type) and provide yoga, nutrition and lifestyle advice to tailored to you. During the session we will use yoga and massage as a form of therapy and you will be given a take-home advice sheet for continued lifestyle improvements  If you are suffering with any physical ailments or mental health concerns then this style of treatment can be of great benefit. Sessions are 90 minutes and cost 15,000 yen.
