Private lessons offer you the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns, and goals. Instead of following along with other students in a class setting, a private session allows you to set specific goals and plans, and for your teacher to create a unique routine.
One-on-one sessions are especially valuable for beginners, or those working with injuries, health concerns, or any other limitations. Private lessons can also be beneficial for advanced practitioners looking to take their practice to the next level and are looking for a greater challenge.
Our highly-trained teachers can either come to you in the comfort of your vacation home, or we can arrange reservations in our spacious and peaceful Powder Yoga studio. We create personalized yoga practices designed to each student’s needs, whether a relaxing Stretch Yoga session or a challenging Pilates Core class.
Private lessons include all yoga and mat pilates materials, and prices are based on the number of students. It is best to keep the ratio of student to teacher low, but bigger groups can also be arranged upon request.A basic lesson will be with a qualified Powder Yoga instructor, a premium session will be with a 500 hour experienced Powder Yoga teacher and a Pro session will be with studio director Charlie Davies who has 7+ years teaching experience and over 600 hours of training .

We teach all of our timetabled class styles as a private class style options. Our instructors are available to teach private 1-2-1 sessions, workshops, events and on retreats for private groups in the comfort of your chalet or in our dedicated studio space. We also offer specially developed kids yoga and mindfulnessl classes.
A dynamic flow based class designed to build strength and stability. A standing and seated sequence followed by a restorative savasana. Expect your heart rate to rise in this yang style class, we focus on using our breath in a moving meditation.
This class involves long relaxed holds, between 3 and.5 minutes. Designed to release deeper into the facial tissue that binds and holds your body together. Expect a low effort physically and the use of props to help you relax into poses. Breath-work is used in yin to calm and still the mind and to take you deeper into the poses.
These class are specially designed to engage and entertain the little ones while introducing them to the tools and principles of meditation and yoga. I have developed a children’s mindfulness book and online space full of resources for parents. To find out more visit www.thefeeliesworld.com.
