where is the studio located?
when will my pass start?
Class passes and packs begin on the day they are purchased. If you purchase a 7 day pass on the 1st of the month, this will expire on the 7th of the month. This is the same for all our consecutive day passes and season passes unless a specific end date is specified for the pass.
Single drop in credits are valid for the whole season.
Short and full season passes exprie on the last day of the winter season as specified on the timetable.
If your purchase a discounted pass online you will be required to present your discount card / voucher on arrival at the studio. If you cannot present your card / voucher you will have to pay the remaining balance for the class in order to attend.
What should I do if I am new to the studio
New students please arrive at least 15mins before class start time to sign-in and notify us of any injuries or medical conditions.
When do I need to arrive by?
Reservations are only held up to 10 minutes before class start time, so please always arrive early to avoid losing your spot.
What if I need to cancel?
If you are unable to attend a class, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance to avoid credit(s) being deducted from your account.
How many students can the studio hold?
We have a maximum capacity of 36 students. Due to COVID-19 we will be limiting mat spaces to 20 for the 2020/2021 season.
